Nep\u0159\u00edjemn\u00fd pocit z toho, \u017ee prohr\u00e1l, byl tak siln\u00fd, \u017ee hodil.<\/p>\n<p>Cht\u011bla tak\u00e9 napadnout svou sestru a lidi vedle n\u00ed, a i kdy\u017e se k n\u00ed p\u0159ibl\u00ed\u017eil dosp\u011bl\u00fd, utekla a b\u011bhala v\u0161ude mo\u017en\u011b.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Z paradigmatu respektu k \u017eivotn\u00edm proces\u016fm vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee uspokojen\u00ed pot\u0159eb, a\u0165 u\u017e jsou jak\u00e9koli, vede k blahobytu. Proto \u010dlov\u011bk pro\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 stav vnit\u0159n\u00ed plnosti a radosti. Naopak v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nenapln\u011bn\u00ed pot\u0159eby rozvoje nebo p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed &#8211; oboj\u00ed je pro byt\u00ed a bytost podstatn\u00e9 &#8211; se v d\u016fsledku pro\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9ho zklam\u00e1n\u00ed mno\u017e\u00ed pocit ne\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Kdy\u017e se n\u00e1m to, co chceme, nepoda\u0159ilo a c\u00edle nebylo dosa\u017eeno, zvl\u00e1\u0161t\u011b pokud se jedn\u00e1 o n\u011bco, po \u010dem tou\u017e\u00edme, jako v popsan\u00e9m z\u00e1\u017eitku &#8222;v\u00edt\u011bzstv\u00ed ve h\u0159e&#8220;, kter\u00fd n\u00e1s nev\u011bdom\u011b p\u0159ibli\u017euje zd\u00e1nliv\u00e9mu pocitu uspokojen\u00ed. Vykl\u00e1d\u00e1m si to tak, \u017ee d\u00edt\u011b m\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00fd nedostatek, kter\u00fd si pot\u0159ebuje kompenzovat, proto\u017ee je posedl\u00e9 touhou neprohr\u00e1t, co\u017e vyvol\u00e1v\u00e1 v\u00fd\u0161e popsan\u00e9 projevy, tedy ur\u010dit\u00e9 &#8222;chov\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220;.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d d\u00edt\u011b reaguje \u00fatokem nebo \u00fat\u011bkem?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 1\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Nen\u00ed tak snadn\u00e9 p\u0159edpokl\u00e1dat chybu, proto\u017ee jsme naprogramov\u00e1ni tak, abychom neprohr\u00e1vali. Ji\u017e v ran\u00e9m d\u011btstv\u00ed jsme byli vedeni k tomu, abychom odsuzovali chyby, nesm\u011bli jsme se ani m\u00fdlit, a kdy\u017e jsme se m\u00fdlili, byli jsme za to k\u00e1r\u00e1ni nebo trest\u00e1ni; to odpov\u00edd\u00e1 tomu, \u017ee se nec\u00edt\u00edme p\u0159ijati takov\u00ed, jac\u00ed jsme. Dokonce jsme byli hodnoceni jako neschopn\u00ed, &#8222;budi\u017ekni\u010demov\u00e9&#8220;. To m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt d\u016fvod, pro\u010d se styd\u00edme za to, \u017ee se m\u00fdl\u00edme nebo prohr\u00e1v\u00e1me, a nav\u00edc se boj\u00edme odm\u00edtnut\u00ed nebo opovr\u017een\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>Stejn\u011b tak pocit zklam\u00e1n\u00ed, kter\u00fd za\u017e\u00edv\u00e1me, kdy\u017e se n\u00e1m neda\u0159\u00ed, je doprov\u00e1zen koktejlem emoc\u00ed a reakc\u00ed v z\u00e1vislosti na konkr\u00e9tn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpadu. Tyto projevy se naz\u00fdvaj\u00ed frustrace, kter\u00e1 s sebou p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed: hn\u011bv, smutek, stud,<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>z\u00e1vist a \u017e\u00e1rlivost, co\u017e jsou zn\u00e1mky vnit\u0159n\u00ed bolesti, kter\u00e9 jsou z\u0159ejm\u011b z\u00e1minkou k rozdm\u00fdch\u00e1n\u00ed citov\u00fdch ran. Krize jsou tedy p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitost\u00ed k restrukturalizaci nesouvisl\u00fdch zku\u0161enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>\u010casto se tak\u00e9 st\u00e1v\u00e1, \u017ee zam\u011b\u0148ujeme autentick\u00e9 za z\u00e1stupn\u00e9 nebo naopak; jejich neznalost n\u00e1m neumo\u017e\u0148uje je rozli\u0161it; nap\u0159\u00edklad t\u011blesn\u00fd pohyb &#8211; motorika &#8211; je autentickou pot\u0159ebou: plazen\u00ed, lezen\u00ed, ch\u016fze, sk\u00e1k\u00e1n\u00ed, b\u011bh atd. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b touhy po zmrzlin\u011b nebo po v\u00fdh\u0159e ve h\u0159e se sice jedn\u00e1 o touhy, ale nejsou pro \u017eivot nezbytn\u00e9 a neovliv\u0148uj\u00ed v\u00fdvoj. Nespokojenost v\u0161ak zanech\u00e1v\u00e1 ho\u0159kou p\u0159\u00edchu\u0165.<\/p>\n<p>Neuspokojen\u00e9 pot\u0159eby vyvol\u00e1vaj\u00ed ne\u0161t\u011bst\u00ed, jak bylo uvedeno v\u00fd\u0161e, co\u017e m\u016f\u017ee vyvolat neo\u010dek\u00e1van\u00fd proces, proto\u017ee v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech zahrnuje: z\u00e1chvaty vzteku, z\u00e1chvaty vzteku, manipulace a pl\u00e1\u010d, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 upustit p\u00e1ru (v ide\u00e1ln\u00edm p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b). P\u0159i anal\u00fdze t\u011bchto projev\u016f vid\u00edme d\u00edt\u011b, kter\u00e9 hled\u00e1 n\u011bco podstatn\u00e9ho, \u010d\u00edm\u017e mysl\u00edm n\u00e1klonnost &#8211; pozornost, a kter\u00e9 ji mo\u017en\u00e1 nedost\u00e1v\u00e1 a nahrazuje ji kompenzacemi. Dostate\u010dn\u011b citliv\u011b vn\u00edmat \u017eivotn\u00ed pocit a sd\u011blit, \u017ee se sna\u017e\u00edme pochopit, co se d\u011bje.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Pokud se doprov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed osoba c\u00edt\u00ed ovlivn\u011bna emocemi d\u00edt\u011bte nebo se nec\u00edt\u00ed b\u00fdt ochotna o d\u00edt\u011b pe\u010dovat, je vhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00ed b\u00fdt up\u0159\u00edmn\u00fd a vyhledat pomoc.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Na tomto m\u00edst\u011b je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zd\u016fraznit, \u017ee lidsk\u00fd organismus je vybaven obrovsk\u00fdmi prost\u0159edky k seberegulaci a \u017ee lidsk\u00fd organismus m\u00e1 velkou schopnost seberegulace,  <strong>Pl\u00e1\u010d je p\u0159irozen\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem uvoln\u011bn\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed, pokud m\u00e1 d\u00edt\u011b pocit jistoty a bezpe\u010d\u00ed, \u017ee je jeho integrita chr\u00e1n\u011bna.<\/strong>  V takov\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b se \u017eivot st\u00e1v\u00e1 leh\u010d\u00edm, proto\u017ee se uvol\u0148uje nahromad\u011bn\u00ed minul\u00fdch a sou\u010dasn\u00fdch neadekv\u00e1tn\u00edch zku\u0161enost\u00ed.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Pro\u010d podporovat d\u00edt\u011b fyzicky a emocion\u00e1ln\u011b, kdy\u017e je v krizi?<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b agrese se nepova\u017euje za vhodn\u00e9 v\u00fdchodisko. Mo\u017en\u00e1, \u017ee v tu chv\u00edli hn\u011bv opadne, ale drama bude pokra\u010dovat uvnit\u0159. Je zn\u00e1mo, \u017ee agresivita je programem p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed druhu &#8211; \u00fatok a \u00fat\u011bk &#8211; pro p\u0159\u00edpad ohro\u017een\u00ed jeho integrity.<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Ka\u017edodenn\u00ed incident, a\u0165 u\u017e vznikne ve vztahu mezi dv\u011bma lidmi jakkoli, si nezaslou\u017e\u00ed agresivn\u00ed reakci, proto\u017ee nap\u011bt\u00ed neuvol\u0148uje, naopak ho zvy\u0161uje a stup\u0148uje.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho d\u016fvodu jak\u00fdkoli druh n\u00e1sil\u00ed tlum\u00edme, vyh\u00fdb\u00e1me se mu a v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nutnosti tak \u010din\u00edme fyzicky; to znamen\u00e1, \u017ee souzn\u00edme s k\u0159ehkost\u00ed d\u00edt\u011bte, mlad\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka a dosp\u011bl\u00e9ho, ale z\u00e1rove\u0148 jim poskytujeme bezpe\u010d\u00ed. Dokonce i spole\u010dn\u00edk stoj\u00ed fyzicky p\u0159ed ob\u011bma nebo mezi nimi neutr\u00e1ln\u00edm zp\u016fsobem a podporuje ty, kte\u0159\u00ed se nach\u00e1zej\u00ed v pozici<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>2<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 3\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>konflikt (krajn\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed), aby si neubl\u00ed\u017eily; zejm\u00e9na v ran\u00fdch f\u00e1z\u00edch d\u011btstv\u00ed kv\u016fli impulzivn\u00ed povaze &#8211; p\u0159irozen\u00e9mu projevu \u010dlov\u011bka v tomto st\u00e1diu -, proto\u017ee nezm\u011b\u0159\u00ed nebezpe\u010d\u00ed. V jednom p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jedenap\u016fllet\u00e9 d\u00edt\u011b hodilo l\u00e1hev silou a zranilo sv\u00e9ho bratra.<\/p>\n<p>Je t\u0159eba poznamenat, \u017ee u star\u0161\u00edch chlapc\u016f a d\u00edvek je doprov\u00e1zen\u00ed jin\u00e9ho druhu, proto\u017ee bere v \u00favahu stav kognitivn\u00ed vysp\u011blosti, kter\u00fd souvis\u00ed s form\u00e1ln\u00ed logikou my\u0161len\u00ed, a proto se prost\u0159ednictv\u00edm dialogu zalo\u017een\u00e9ho na vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9m respektu dosahuje tv\u016fr\u010d\u00edch \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed p\u0159i \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konflikt\u016f (to m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt p\u0159edm\u011btem jin\u00e9ho \u010dl\u00e1nku).<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 3\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p><strong>Agrese, kter\u00e1 ohro\u017euje integritu jednotlivce i ostatn\u00edch, tak\u00e9 nen\u00ed p\u0159irozen\u00fdm mechanismem uvol\u0148ov\u00e1n\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed.<\/strong><\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 3\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee prost\u0159ed\u00ed n\u00e1s podmi\u0148uje a \u017ee mechanismy p\u0159e\u017eit\u00ed se aktivuj\u00ed, kdy\u017e organismus vn\u00edm\u00e1 nebezpe\u010d\u00ed. V r\u016fzn\u00fdch soci\u00e1ln\u00edch prost\u0159ed\u00edch, kter\u00fdch se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00edm, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 udr\u017eovat &#8222;harmonii&#8220; v sou\u017eit\u00ed. Proto je pova\u017eov\u00e1no za zlat\u00e9 pravidlo: &#8222;\u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 fyzick\u00e1 agrese, \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e1 verb\u00e1ln\u00ed agrese a \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 obt\u011b\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed&#8220;, zd\u016fraz\u0148uje se, \u017ee se nesm\u00ed nikomu ubl\u00ed\u017eit. V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b nedodr\u017een\u00ed podm\u00ednek jsme p\u0159ipraveni poskytnout emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed podporu a ov\u011b\u0159it, zda je dodr\u017eov\u00e1na.<\/p>\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 si uv\u011bdomit, \u017ee n\u011bkter\u00e9 vznikl\u00e9 situace jsou &#8222;bezodkladn\u011b&#8220; podrobn\u011b projedn\u00e1v\u00e1ny v\u0161emi z\u00fa\u010dastn\u011bn\u00fdmi, dokud nemaj\u00ed pocit, \u017ee vyj\u00e1d\u0159ili sv\u00e9 nepohodl\u00ed, nespokojenost a p\u0159edev\u0161\u00edm, kdy\u017e bylo nalezeno \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed, kter\u00e9 uspokojuje ob\u011b strany.<\/p>\n<p>V\u00edme v\u0161ak, \u017ee a\u010dkoli vnit\u0159n\u00ed procesy, kter\u00e9 se spou\u0161t\u011bj\u00ed, nejsou viditeln\u00e9, energeticky a emocion\u00e1ln\u011b jsou vn\u00edmateln\u00e9 a p\u0159edstavuj\u00ed slo\u017eitou bioenergetickou dynamiku; proto\u017ee neurochemick\u00e1 \u00farove\u0148 mozku se spust\u00ed a za\u010dne produkovat kortizol a adrenalin &#8211; antistresov\u00e9 hormony -, kter\u00e9 se aktivuj\u00ed, aby chr\u00e1nily organismus p\u0159ed jak\u00fdmkoli nebezpe\u010d\u00edm. Tak\u00e9 se m\u00e1 za to, \u017ee blokuj\u00ed traumatick\u00e9 z\u00e1\u017eitky.<\/p>\n<p>Pamatujme, \u017ee nevyj\u00e1d\u0159en\u00e9 emoce a pocity se neasimiluj\u00ed, ani se nevyma\u017eou, ale ulo\u017e\u00ed se a z\u016fst\u00e1vaj\u00ed latentn\u00ed po n\u011bkolik let. To znamen\u00e1, \u017ee ovliv\u0148uj\u00ed, dokud nen\u00ed mo\u017enost m\u00edt podm\u00ednky pro restrukturalizaci (odblokov\u00e1n\u00ed).<\/p>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 3\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Je to podstatn\u00e9,  <strong>\u017ee se d\u00edt\u011bti dost\u00e1v\u00e1 emocion\u00e1ln\u00edho zadr\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed, aby se jeho t\u011blo nedostalo do &#8222;re\u017eimu pohotovosti&#8220;, co\u017e je kruhov\u00fd proces neurochemick\u00e9 produkce, kter\u00fd m\u00e1 tendenci m\u011bnit inhibi\u010dn\u00ed procesy pro \u017eivot.<\/strong>  P\u0159i katarzi, kdy doch\u00e1z\u00ed k nadprodukci kortizolu a adrenalinu, jsou zaplaveny v\u0161echny t\u0159i syst\u00e9my &#8211; imunitn\u00ed, endokrinn\u00ed a nervov\u00fd.<\/p>\n<p>Za t\u011bchto okolnost\u00ed je nezbytn\u00e9, aby doprovodn\u00fd postoj zahrnoval pozornost a skrytost, proto\u017ee to usnad\u0148uje vn\u00edm\u00e1n\u00ed jejich sign\u00e1l\u016f a respektov\u00e1n\u00ed jejich emocion\u00e1ln\u00ed dostupnosti a jejich prostoru.  <strong>V kritick\u00fdch chv\u00edl\u00edch n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed lid\u00e9 ne v\u017edy p\u0159ij\u00edmaj\u00ed objet\u00ed nebo projevy n\u00e1klonnosti.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>V popsan\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edkladu je Violet osmilet\u00e1 d\u00edvka, nerada prohr\u00e1v\u00e1 v deskov\u00fdch hr\u00e1ch, ani v \u017e\u00e1dn\u00fdch jin\u00fdch (je jasn\u011b \u0159e\u010deno, \u017ee hran\u00ed je skute\u010dn\u00e1 pot\u0159eba).
