Z\u00e1rove\u0148 tyto informace vyu\u017eije t\u00edm nejvhodn\u011bj\u0161\u00edm zp\u016fsobem. Z\u00e1kladn\u00edm prvkem pro aktivaci vnit\u0159n\u00edho pl\u00e1nu ka\u017ed\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka je svoboda.<\/p>\n<p>Podle na\u0161ich zku\u0161enost\u00ed svoboda neznamen\u00e1 v\u00fdtr\u017enost, chaos, uvoln\u011bn\u00ed nebo h\u00fd\u0159en\u00ed. Naopak, \u010d\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed svoboda, t\u00edm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed odpov\u011bdnost, nem\u016f\u017ee tomu b\u00fdt jinak. \u010clov\u011bk, kter\u00fd m\u016f\u017ee svobodn\u011b uplat\u0148ovat svou autonomii, \u00fa\u017easn\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem aktivuje sv\u00e9 schopnosti a v\u017edy je vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 ve sv\u016fj prosp\u011bch.<\/p>\n<p>Lidsk\u00e1 bytost m\u00e1 sv\u016fj vlastn\u00ed vnit\u0159n\u00ed pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fd j\u00ed umo\u017e\u0148uje dos\u00e1hnout seberealizace.<\/p>\n<p>Z v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9ho vypl\u00fdv\u00e1, \u017ee praxe je v souladu s teoretick\u00fdmi z\u00e1klady, a proto m\u016f\u017eeme \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee prostory p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 pro d\u011bti star\u0161\u00ed 6\/7 let a mlad\u00e9 lidi do 18 let obsahuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00e9 oblasti, projekty a t\u00e9mata z\u00e1jmu, jejich\u017e c\u00edlem je uspokojit autentick\u00e9 pot\u0159eby obsa\u017een\u00e9 v ka\u017ed\u00e9 etap\u011b.<\/p>\n<p>Je \u00fa\u017easn\u011b kr\u00e1sn\u00e9 si v\u0161imnout, \u017ee za t\u011bchto okolnost\u00ed doch\u00e1z\u00ed k postupn\u00e9mu rozvoji autonomie, tj. \u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd jedinec rozhoduje, kon\u00e1 a \u0159\u00edd\u00ed sv\u016fj \u017eivot v klidu.<\/p>\n<p>Existuj\u00ed pochybnosti o tom, zda \u010dlov\u011bk v ran\u00e9m d\u011btstv\u00ed &#8222;nemus\u00ed b\u00fdt schopen se rozhodovat&#8220; nebo &#8222;bude m\u00edt pot\u00ed\u017ee s organizac\u00ed sv\u00e9ho \u010dasu&#8220;. Zd\u00e1 se, \u017ee rodi\u010de a n\u011bkte\u0159\u00ed pedagogov\u00e9 maj\u00ed pr\u00e1v\u011b z t\u011bchto d\u016fvod\u016f nejv\u011bt\u0161\u00ed obavy. Objas\u0148ujeme, \u017ee b\u00fdt aktivn\u00ed znamen\u00e1 samostatnost a samoz\u0159ejm\u011b trval\u00e9 rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed. Proto je prioritou doprov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00edch dosp\u011bl\u00fdch umo\u017enit, aby osobn\u00ed iniciativy vznikaly p\u0159irozen\u011b podle vlastn\u00edch vzorc\u016f d\u00edt\u011bte nebo mlad\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka.<\/p>\n<p>Jasn\u00e9 a funk\u010dn\u00ed reference s dohodami o sou\u017eit\u00ed pom\u00e1haj\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00e9mu jednotlivci c\u00edtit, \u017ee m\u00e1 bezpe\u010dnou z\u00e1kladnu, tak\u017ee jeho interakce m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt spont\u00e1nn\u00ed, ani\u017e by hrozilo riziko naru\u0161en\u00ed jeho integrity.<\/p>\n<p>KATEGORIE ZAPOJEN\u00c9 DO VZD\u011aL\u00c1VAC\u00cd PR\u00c1CE<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 2\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zab\u00fdvat se kategoriemi, kter\u00e9 jsou sou\u010d\u00e1st\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00edho \u00fakolu a procesu sebe\u0159\u00edzen\u00e9ho u\u010den\u00ed, abychom pochopili jeho d\u016fsledky, nap\u0159\u00edklad: p\u0159ipraven\u00e9 prost\u0159ed\u00ed nebo prostor, samostatn\u00e1 \u010dinnost, osobn\u00ed rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, skupinov\u00e1 \u010dinnost, pracovn\u00ed t\u00fdmy, komunitn\u00ed aktivity, rozvrh a komplexn\u00ed pl\u00e1n u\u010den\u00ed, doprovod, syst\u00e9m v\u00fduky.<\/p>\n<p>D\u011bti od 6\/7 let nav\u0161t\u011bvuj\u00ed takzvan\u00e9 Semillero 2. Prioritou tohoto prost\u0159ed\u00ed je usnadnit realizaci &#8222;vlastn\u00ed \u010dinnosti&#8220;, proto\u017ee ch\u00e1peme, \u017ee odpov\u00edd\u00e1 uspokojen\u00ed pot\u0159eby jeho vnit\u0159n\u00edho pl\u00e1nu.<\/p>\n<p>D\u00edt\u011b ve stavu vnit\u0159n\u00ed harmonie je spojeno se sv\u00fdm vnit\u0159n\u00edm j\u00e1, tento klidn\u00fd stav a chv\u00edle ticha mu umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed rozpoznat, co pot\u0159ebuje a co ne, co se mu l\u00edb\u00ed a co ne. Interpretujeme ji jako aktivitu, kter\u00e1 jim vy\u0161la ze srdce, proto dosp\u011bl\u00ed respektuj\u00ed \u010das, kter\u00fd jim zabere volba; interakce m\u016f\u017ee b\u00fdt jak\u00e9hokoli charakteru, zabrat v\u011bt\u0161inu dne a\u017e t\u00fdden; bude z\u00e1le\u017eet na t\u00e9matu z\u00e1jmu nebo projektu, kter\u00fd rozv\u00edjej\u00ed, stejn\u011b jako na jejich zku\u0161enostech, tempu a f\u00e1zi.<\/p>\n<p>\u010cinnost, kterou jsme popsali, se naz\u00fdv\u00e1 &#8222;autonomn\u00ed \u010dinnost&#8220; a ozna\u010duje touhu d\u00edt\u011bte nebo mlad\u00e9ho \u010dlov\u011bka d\u011blat n\u011bco vlastn\u00edho v z\u00e1vislosti na citliv\u00e9m obdob\u00ed nebo f\u00e1zi v\u00fdvoje, kterou pr\u00e1v\u011b proch\u00e1z\u00ed.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b t\u00fdmov\u00e9 pr\u00e1ce nebo skupinov\u00fdch aktivit existuje rozvrh zvan\u00fd denn\u00ed pl\u00e1n, kter\u00fd je viditeln\u00fd na st\u011bn\u011b p\u0159\u00edchodov\u00e9 haly, aby ho v\u0161ichni vid\u011bli, barevn\u011b rozli\u0161en\u00fd pro t\u0159i v\u011bkov\u00e9 skupiny, nem\u00e1 konotaci \u0161koln\u00edho rozvrhu, je to t\u00fddenn\u00ed pl\u00e1nova\u010d a je dynamick\u00fdm n\u00e1strojem pro \u010dasovou orientaci. Organizace je tedy flexibiln\u00ed v tom smyslu, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit; je to kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00fd odkaz, o kter\u00e9m d\u011bti v\u011bd\u00ed, \u017ee se m\u016f\u017ee m\u011bnit na z\u00e1klad\u011b jimi vypracovan\u00fdch n\u00e1vrh\u016f a n\u00e1pad\u016f.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00e1 se tedy o t\u00fddenn\u00ed sch\u00e9ma se dny a \u010dasy, kter\u00e9 jsou viditeln\u011b odli\u0161eny rytmem a \u010dasov\u00fdm rozvr\u017een\u00edm stravovac\u00edch ritu\u00e1l\u016f, samostatn\u00fdch aktivit, skupinov\u00fdch aktivit (mimo jin\u00e9 matematiky a rozvoje jazyka, tv\u016fr\u010d\u00edho psan\u00ed, experiment\u016f, tance &#8211; t\u011blesn\u00e9ho projevu &#8211; p\u0159\u00edb\u011bhu a vypr\u00e1v\u011bn\u00ed, proch\u00e1zek po \u0159ece, pozn\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed p\u0159\u00edrody&#8230;). Krom\u011b toho se \u010dasy \u0159\u00edd\u00ed dohodami skupiny. Popsan\u00e9 \u010dinnosti jsou rozd\u011bleny do jednotliv\u00fdch hodin.<\/p>\n<p>V p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b d\u011bt\u00ed star\u0161\u00edch 10 let, kter\u00e9 vykazuj\u00ed rozvoj samostatnosti odr\u00e1\u017eej\u00edc\u00ed se v jejich schopnostech rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed a \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed probl\u00e9m\u016f, si samy sestavuj\u00ed Komplexn\u00ed vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed pl\u00e1n, a to nejen na dan\u00fd den \u010di t\u00fdden, ale s v\u00fdhledem na obdob\u00ed (p\u011bt m\u011bs\u00edc\u016f) nebo jeden a\u017e dva m\u011bs\u00edce, ne\u017e dos\u00e1hnou sv\u00e9ho c\u00edle.<\/p>\n<p>Bez ohledu na v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00e9 je obt\u00ed\u017en\u00e9 si p\u0159edstavit, \u017ee by chlapci, d\u00edvky a mlad\u00ed lid\u00e9 mohli vykon\u00e1vat stejnou \u010dinnost ve stejnou dobu (s v\u00fdjimkou pracovn\u00ed skupiny, kter\u00e9 se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed). V ka\u017ed\u00e9m p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b jim autonomn\u00ed \u010dinnosti zab\u00edraj\u00ed velkou \u010d\u00e1st \u010dasu.<\/p>\n<p>Ve vzd\u011bl\u00e1vac\u00ed komunit\u011b s nedirektivn\u00edm p\u0159\u00edstupem ke vzd\u011bl\u00e1v\u00e1n\u00ed je dynamika plynul\u00e1, st\u00e1l\u00e1 a uvoln\u011bn\u00e1, tak\u017ee ka\u017ed\u00fd den je jin\u00fd, dalo by se \u0159\u00edci jedine\u010dn\u00fd, a to i pro doprov\u00e1zej\u00edc\u00ed dosp\u011bl\u00e9, kte\u0159\u00ed se pod\u00edlej\u00ed na r\u016fzn\u00fdch aktivit\u00e1ch.<\/p>\n<p>Pro zmapov\u00e1n\u00ed toho, jak se \u017eivot v nedirektivn\u00edm prost\u0159ed\u00ed odv\u00edj\u00ed, je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 posuzovat ka\u017edou situaci v souvislostech. A tak m\u00e1me: v pond\u011bl\u00ed v jedinou denn\u00ed dobu  <span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Aktivitou, kter\u00e9 se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed v\u0161ichni sou\u010dasn\u011b, je zased\u00e1n\u00ed spr\u00e1vn\u00ed rady (od 7 let se \u00fa\u010dastn\u00ed jako host\u00e9 a mohou, ale nemus\u00ed se \u00fa\u010dastnit). Z\u00e1rove\u0148 se od tohoto v\u011bku st\u00e1v\u00e1 prvn\u00ed zodpov\u011bdnost\u00ed, proto\u017ee pr\u00e1v\u011b zde se koordinuj\u00ed aktivity a povinnosti na cel\u00fd t\u00fdden. Tato instance m\u00e1 informativn\u00ed charakter (zpr\u00e1vy, n\u00e1pady, n\u00e1vrhy atd.), p\u0159eb\u00edr\u00e1 odpov\u011bdnost v podob\u011b koordinace r\u016fzn\u00fdch aktivit komunity.<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"page\" title=\"Strana 3\">\n<div class=\"section\">\n<div class=\"layoutArea\">\n<div class=\"column\">\n<p>Je to tak\u00e9 prostor pro d\u011bti, mlad\u00e9 lidi a dosp\u011bl\u00e9, kde mohou vyj\u00e1d\u0159it a sd\u011blit sv\u00e9 z\u00e1liby a z\u00e1pory. Je to vlastn\u011b prostor, kter\u00fd podporuje samospr\u00e1vu, \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed konflikt\u016f a vypracov\u00e1n\u00ed spole\u010densk\u00fdch dohod a pravidel sou\u017eit\u00ed zalo\u017een\u00fdch na vz\u00e1jemn\u00e9m respektu.<\/p>\n<p>Bylo nazna\u010deno, \u017ee chv\u00edle ticha, klidu nebo odpo\u010dinku jsou prostorem pro rozhodov\u00e1n\u00ed, pro ur\u010den\u00ed, jak\u00e9 \u010dinnosti budou prov\u00e1d\u011bny k uspokojen\u00ed vlastn\u00edch pot\u0159eb, a\u0165 u\u017e samostatn\u011b, nebo ve skupin\u011b, podle okolnost\u00ed. Zohled\u0148uje se v\u011bk d\u011bt\u00ed, zejm\u00e9na t\u011bch, kter\u00e9 jsou v p\u0159echodn\u00e9 f\u00e1zi (kv\u016fli n\u00e1chylnosti a zranitelnosti, kter\u00e9 jsou vystaveny, jsou proto pozv\u00e1ny a samy se rozhoduj\u00ed, zda se cht\u011bj\u00ed \u00fa\u010dastnit nebo ne). Domn\u00edv\u00e1me se, \u017ee p\u0159echod z 1. semenn\u00e9ho l\u016f\u017eka (3 a\u017e 6\/7) do 2. semenn\u00e9ho l\u016f\u017eka je obdob\u00edm zm\u011bn, a proto jsou emoce prom\u011bnliv\u00e9 a mohou b\u00fdt intenzivn\u00ed, stabiln\u00ed nebo vykazovat apatii.<\/p>\n<p>Jedn\u00edm z prvk\u016f, kter\u00fd pova\u017eujeme za velmi d\u016fle\u017eit\u00fd, je to, \u017ee si d\u00edt\u011b samo vyb\u00edr\u00e1 okam\u017eik, kdy bude j\u00edst svou osobn\u00ed sva\u010dinu, proto\u017ee v polovin\u011b dopoledne (v 10 hodin) je sva\u010dina nab\u00edzena jako spole\u010densk\u00e1 aktivita organizovan\u00e1 kuchy\u0148skou slu\u017ebou, \u010das ticha pro sd\u00edlen\u00ed a pocit pokra\u010dov\u00e1n\u00ed dne, i kdy\u017e u\u017e polovina dopoledne uplynula. Tato p\u0159est\u00e1vka jim umo\u017e\u0148uje uspo\u0159\u00e1dat si den, pokra\u010dovat v \u010dinnosti nebo ji zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n<p>P\u0159i samostatn\u00e9 \u010dinnosti m\u016f\u017ee \u017e\u00e1k po\u017e\u00e1dat o informace (o jak\u00e9mkoli t\u00e9matu, kter\u00e9 ho zaj\u00edm\u00e1, od hran\u00ed, malov\u00e1n\u00ed, hudby, dramatu, \u0159emesel, va\u0159en\u00ed, tance, s\u00e1zen\u00ed a zahradni\u010den\u00ed a\u017e po zam\u011b\u0159en\u00ed na konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed t\u00e9ma, a\u0165 u\u017e jde o v\u011bdu, rozvoj jazyka, matematiku, d\u011bjepis a zem\u011bpis). Stejn\u011b jako sport, rekreace, experimenty a v\u00fdzkum. V tomto ohledu m\u00e1me k dispozici zaj\u00edmavou laborato\u0159, kter\u00e1 obsahuje didaktick\u00e9 a hrav\u00e9 pom\u016fcky usnad\u0148uj\u00edc\u00ed v\u00fduku ve v\u00fd\u0161e uveden\u00fdch oblastech.<\/p>\n<p>Ka\u017ed\u00fd den se kon\u00e1 n\u011bjak\u00e1 skupinov\u00e1 aktivita (mal\u00e1, st\u0159edn\u00ed a velk\u00e1) a n\u00e1vrhy pod\u00e1v\u00e1 dosp\u011bl\u00fd, kter\u00fd aktivitu koordinuje. Je d\u016fle\u017eit\u00e9 zm\u00ednit, \u017ee neexistuj\u00ed \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 \u00farovn\u011b, skupiny se tvo\u0159\u00ed podle v\u011bku a v n\u011bkter\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edpadech se sami rozhoduj\u00ed, kdy cht\u011bj\u00ed zkusit dal\u0161\u00ed pracovn\u00ed skupinu.<\/p>\n<p>SYST\u00c9M MENTORINGU<\/p>\n<p>D\u011bti a ml\u00e1de\u017e se v\u011bnuj\u00ed r\u016fzn\u00fdm \u010dinnostem, dosp\u011bl\u00ed se z\u0159ejm\u011b pohybuj\u00ed v r\u016fzn\u00fdch oblastech, kde jich je n\u011bkolik nebo jen n\u011bkolik.
